Goyle & Amelinda
Angel could tell that the muggle world has definitely changed Goyle. He seemed more calm and not that he wasn’t a good person before, but he seemed as if he grew better as a person. The thoughts and events that involved Goyle never left her. She often felt bad for not returning his feelings, but she knew he could do better than her. Before she could think about the past any longer, she shook her head slightly and looked up at Goyle.
“The opposite, huh?” she repeated. A frown took place of her smile. Looking down at her feet, she let out a sigh and kicked the rocks that were in the way of the path she and Greg were walking. “So, does that mean you aren’t ever going to come back?” A hint of disappointment hidden in her tone. She didn’t want to go back to have one person missing. She wanted everyone to be in the Wizarding world with her. Even Goyle.
A rock she was kicking passed in front of Goyle and he began to kick them as well. He sighed along with her. “I’ve been trying to think about it. I do miss everyone.” His clear words begin forming into a mumble of names, with every name the pain of being homesick attacks him. “I want to. There’s too much to deal with when I get back though.”
His reasoning behind not returning was cowardly. A small whimper escaped from his lips as his past catches up with him. Not dealing with things wasn’t the wisest thing to do in this situation, but Goyle was never wise before with any of his decisions. Was Angel right? Was Goyle really a better person? Being separated from everyone made him realize he had a lot of positive attributes. He was good at math and talking to people. Also, he was rather good at chemistry.

Goyle & Amelinda
“Of course I’ve been here.. somewhere no one from our world could of found me.” He ran away from his troubles in the wizarding world, and it was working until she found him today. It seemed like she always found him when he ran away. “Which doesn’t really seem like it worked.” He smiled down at her, happy he ran into her.
“Amelinda has friends? Shocker.” Goyle teased her before going by her side and started to walk with her. “So, going back? What’s bringing you back there?” The question was really just to find out if she had kids or finally married Blaise or was having troubles in the wizarding world, which always happened when people returned from the serene muggle world.
Angel nodded her head as he spoke and began to walk. She wondered what had brought him here in the first place. All she could remember the last time they saw each other was when she went for a dress fitting, and ran into Goyle. That day did not end well. The tailors were killed and death eaters were in the muggle world. She remember how scared she had been, and how Goyle tried to set off by himself. She couldn’t remember anything after that. A cold feeling swept over her, causing goosebumps to rise on her arms.
Angel laughed as he teased her, which cause her to gently nudge him in the ribs with her elbow. “Well, nothing specific exactly. I mean, I missed everyone there. I feel like I’ve lost my place here in the muggle world, so I might as well go back where I feel like I belong, right?” She flashed Goyle a smile and chuckled.
Gregory’s hand lightly brushed Angel’s arm as they walked. The touch reignited memories of how he used to feel about her. His lust for her controlled everything he did. She was his world at some point. It felt weird that they were now just two people walking down the street recollecting and catching up. He took in every word she said. College made him a much better listener.
Laughing along with her, “Sounds kind of opposite of how I feel.” He pondered on it for a second, not realizing the facts till now. “I don’t think it’ll ever be the same if I went back.” Goyle suddenly felt the absence of his wand. For months now, he felt safe enough to no longer use magic outside of his apartment. Goyle didn’t even notice his wand until he was around another wizard, and a feeling of guilt, sadness and betrayal washed over him. All the feelings he abandoned when he ran away from the wizarding world and his father.

Goyle & Amelinda
Feeling her feet being lifted off the floor, she clinged onto Goyle in fear of falling. She giggled as he spun her, and set her down. Angel fixed her hair once more and shoved her petite hands in the front pockets of her jeans and looked over at the school. So, Greg has been spending his time in school? In a muggle school?, she thought to herself. She looked at him with an impressed facial expression on her face.
“Well, obviously it’s a muggle college! You’ve been here all this time?” she asked questioningly. “Well, I just visited a few friends is all, since I am returning to, you know, our world.” Angel placed emphasis on world, knowing that he’d probably get the gist of what she meant.
